Warehousing is charged based on occupied space (square or cubic meters) or number of pallets. We typically offer monthly packages with included handling allowance. Additional services (picking, repackaging, labeling) are charged separately based on units processed. We prepare a quote tailored to your specific needs and anticipated volume.
Our warehouses are open during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For access outside these hours, advance notice is required. Through our web portal, you have 24/7 access to inventory data, movements, and documentation. For urgent cases, we have an on-call service in place.
Our warehouses are equipped with: 24-hour video surveillance with recording, alarm systems and motion sensors, controlled access with magnetic cards, fire protection systems (sprinklers, smoke detectors), physical security during night hours. Goods are insured against fire, flood, burglary, and other damage. Upon request, we also provide additional individual insurance.
Yes, we have cold storage (+2°C to +8°C), freezer facilities (-18°C to -25°C), and climate-controlled spaces (+15°C to +20°C). Temperature is continuously logged with automatic alarm for deviations. Warehouses meet HACCP standards for food products and GDP requirements for pharmaceuticals. Upon receipt, we issue documentation of temperature regime.
From first contact to start of warehousing typically takes 1-2 weeks. During this time: we review your needs and prepare a quote, set up your profile in the WMS system, perform ERP integration if needed, prepare space and equipment. For urgent cases, we can expedite the process. We coordinate the first goods receipt together with you for a smooth start of cooperation.
