1. BOOKING (day 0) We pick the line that fits your priority — rate, transit time or departure frequency — and reserve space and equipment. 2. DOCUMENTATION (days 1–2) Booking confirmation, shipping instructions, B/L draft. 3. ARRIVAL AND DISCHARGE (day X) We track the vessel, coordinate the discharge and tell you when the box is available. 4. CUSTOMS (day X, 2–4 hours) We file the declaration. Our AEO status puts it at the front of the queue. 5. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY (day X or X+1) We pull the container from the terminal and deliver it, or strip it in our warehouse.

A standard container with complete paperwork clears in 2–4 hours. Around 5% of consignments are pulled for physical inspection, which adds one to two days. Our AEO status makes that selection less likely.
