Dry, temperature-controlled and bonded space, a few kilometres from the container terminal. You pay for the positions and the movements you use, not for capacity standing empty.
Dry: 10,000 m² for standard goods, racked to 12 m with floor storage for heavy or oversized items. Temperature-controlled: chilled and frozen chambers, monitored continuously and logged. Bonded: customs-supervised space where duty and import VAT are deferred until the goods are released. Dangerous goods: separated storage for ADR classes, with the segregation each class requires. Open yard: for containers, machinery and anything that does not need a roof.
Real time: every movement is logged as it happens, so the stock figure you see is the stock on the floor. Batch and expiry: tracked where the goods need it, with FEFO picking so the stock that expires first leaves first. Alerts: minimum levels, ageing stock and anything approaching its expiry date. Integration: orders come in from your shop or ERP and stock levels go back automatically. Reports: throughput, occupancy and cost per order, so the invoice is never a surprise.
Picking: by individual item or by carton, against your order file. Repacking: bulk into retail units, or one packaging format into another. Labelling: barcodes, country-of-origin marks, price tickets and language-specific labels. Kitting: assembling sets and promotional bundles. Quality control: on receipt or before dispatch, to your specification. Returns: inspection, grading, restocking or disposal, with the reason recorded.
The terminal: a few kilometres away, so a container can be collected, stripped and put away the day it is released. The motorway: direct access to the Ljubljana–Trieste corridor, and Austria, Italy, Croatia and Hungary all within a day. Customs on site: our own brokers, so clearance and storage are one process rather than two suppliers. Rail: the terminal has direct services inland, which matters when road capacity tightens.

By pallet position per month for the space, plus a handling fee per movement in and out. Value-added work — picking, repacking, labelling — is priced per unit. There is no minimum contract term for standard storage; you pay for what you use, and the report shows exactly what that was.
Yes, during working hours and by arrangement outside them. Bonded goods are the exception: they are under customs supervision, so access needs the customs procedure completed first — which we handle, usually the same day.
Perimeter fencing, 24-hour monitored CCTV, controlled access with individual credentials, and an intruder alarm connected to a monitoring centre. Every movement is logged against the person who made it, so stock discrepancies can be traced rather than guessed at.
Yes. We have chilled and frozen chambers with continuous monitoring and logging, and the alarm triggers before the range is breached rather than after. For pharmaceuticals and food we can provide the temperature record for the whole storage period.
For standard goods, within a few days: we need the stock details, the packaging format and your order file to set up the WMS. Bonded storage or an ERP integration takes longer — one to two weeks — because the customs procedure and the interface both have to be tested before anything moves.
