Pallet Delivery Slovenia

Single pallets to full trucks, by road across Slovenia and into Europe — on daily departures.

One Pallet or a Full Truck

We have forwarded freight from Koper (Capodistria) for more than 30 years. A single pallet travels as groupage (LTL) — consolidated with other consignments, which keeps the cost down. A bigger order goes as a full truck (FTL): door to door, with no transshipment on the way.

Slovenia in 24 hours, Central Europe in 48–72. Trucks leave daily for Germany, Italy, Austria and the Balkans, three times a week for Benelux and twice a week for France.

We move over 5,000 consignments a year — from the small importer with one pallet to the manufacturer running a global supply chain. Our AEO status means customs deals with us first.

Transit Times by Road

Standard door-to-door transit from Slovenia: Destination — Transit time Within Slovenia — 24 hours Austria and Italy — 24–48 hours Germany, groupage — 2–3 days Germany, full truck — 1–2 days Central Europe — 48–72 hours Across Europe — 1–5 days When it cannot wait, express delivers next day across most of Europe.

How a Pallet Shipment Runs

1. COLLECTION We collect across Slovenia. Goods that are not yet on pallets are palletised and labelled in our warehouse first. 2. CONSOLIDATION Groupage pallets share the truck with other consignments. For deliveries to several consignees, cross-docking sorts the goods by final destination and loads them straight onto delivery vehicles — no long-term storage in between. 3. PAPERWORK We prepare the CMR and, for destinations outside the EU, the export declaration and certificates. Customs clearance takes 2–4 hours under AEO. 4. DELIVERY Door to door, with a status update at every milestone: collection, departure, border, arrival, delivery. For a regular flow, the updates arrive automatically.

Pallet Delivery FAQ

How long does pallet delivery take?

Within Slovenia, 24 hours. Austria and Italy take 24–48 hours; Germany 2–3 days for groupage, or 1–2 days as a full truck. Across the rest of Europe, road transit runs 1–5 days, and express reaches most of Europe the next day.

What is the difference between groupage and FTL?

Groupage (LTL) is for anything less than a full truck: your pallets share the vehicle with other consignments, which makes it the cost-effective choice for smaller shipments. FTL books the whole truck — the fastest option for larger quantities, with no intermediate transshipment. A standard trailer takes 24 tonnes and 13.6 loading metres; anything heavier becomes special transport with permits.

Do you collect pallets across Slovenia?

Yes — we collect across Slovenia and deliver door to door. If the goods are loose, we palletise, label and repack them in our warehouse before they leave. If they need to wait, we store them, short or long term.

Do you carry ADR dangerous goods?

Yes. We are certified for all ADR classes, with qualified drivers and appropriate equipment. Each class has its own packaging, labelling, documentation and routing rules, and some combinations cannot travel together — which matters in groupage. Send us the UN number and packing group and we will confirm what is possible before anything is booked.

Do pallets to other EU countries need customs clearance?

No. Inside the EU and Schengen there are no internal border formalities once the goods are cleared. For Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and other destinations outside the EU, we prepare the export declaration, CMR and any certificates, and clear under AEO in 2–4 hours.

What does the price of a pallet shipment depend on?

Weight, volume and how firm your deadline is. For a few pallets, groupage is the cost-effective option because the truck is shared. Consolidation, the right Incoterm and the right routing are where most savings come from. To quote, we need the route, the goods, weight, volume and your Incoterm.
